At Project Kratom, we are committed to providing carefully packaged botanical products and reliable service. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

No Returns Policy

Because our products are sealed botanical materials intended for research, collection, or other lawful purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a package has been delivered.

This policy exists for health, safety, and product integrity reasons.

Once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee that the product has been stored or handled according to our quality standards.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once the issue is reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected shipping timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the courier.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or external factors may occur and are outside our direct control.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product shipped
• Product arrived damaged
• Order could not be delivered and was returned by the courier

Refund decisions are made after review of the situation and supporting information.
