Who we are

K-Wellness, trading as Project Kratom, Johan Cruijff Boulevard 65, 1101 DL Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 42076310), is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Questions or requests can be sent to info@projectkratom.com.

What we collect

When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, billing and shipping address
• Your email address and phone number
• Your order details and order history
• Messages you send us

When you browse the site, we also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived on the site.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your order, including payment, delivery and customer service (performance of a contract)
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping tax records
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest)
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising, only with your consent

Payments

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as your cart and login. Analytics and advertising cookies are only placed after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with providers who help us run the shop, such as payment providers, couriers, our hosting provider and, if you consent, analytics and advertising platforms. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for 7 years to meet Dutch tax law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your question.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us to make a request.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Age

Our website and products are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
