How do I place an order?
Choose a strain, pick your size and add it to your cart. At checkout you enter your details and pay. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to track your orders and reorder in a couple of clicks.
How does the multi-buy offer work?
Add any three pouches to your cart, in any strain and size, and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and bank transfer. Card and local payments are handled securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can change or cancel it.

Where do you ship?
We ship to selected countries in the European Union. The countries available are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Most EU orders then arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain outer packaging, with no product names or images on the outside.
Will I get a tracking link?
Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

What is the difference between green, white and red kratom?
Each colour has its own look, from the bright, fresh green to the lightest white and the deep, earthy red. Every strain is grown and hand-picked in West Borneo.
What do names like Maengda and Elephant mean?
They are traditional trade names used across the kratom world. Every strain in our collection is grown and hand-picked in West Borneo.
Where does your kratom come from?
Every strain comes from village growers in West Borneo, Indonesia. Read more about our origin.
What does the batch number on my pouch mean?
Every pouch carries a batch number that links it back to its harvest.
How is my kratom packed?
Right after grinding, every batch is vacuum-sealed and sterilized to food-grade standards, then packed in a batch-numbered pouch.
What do 600 and 700 mesh mean?
Mesh describes how fine the powder is: the higher the number, the finer the grind. Most of our strains are ground to a 600 mesh micro powder, and our brightest Super strains to a 700 mesh nano powder.
Which size should I choose?
Every strain comes in five sizes, from 50 g to 1 kg. The larger the pouch, the lower the price per gram, saving up to 50% on the 1 kg size.
How should I store my pouches?
Keep pouches sealed and store them somewhere cool, dry and dark. Once opened, press out the air and reseal the pouch.
Returns
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Can I return an order?
Unopened pouches with the seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened pouches cannot be returned unless they are faulty. See our refunds and returns policy.
Legal and age
Why are your products sold as collector specimens?
Our products are sold as botanical specimens for collectors. They are not intended for consumption and we do not give advice on personal use.
Is kratom legal in my country?
Laws differ by country. Please check that you can legally buy and keep kratom where you live before ordering. We do not ship to countries where it is restricted.
