Order processing
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship to selected countries in the European Union. The countries we currently deliver to are shown at checkout.
Kratom is restricted in some countries. We do not ship to those destinations and may cancel and refund any order placed to one. Before ordering, please check that kratom can be legally bought and kept as a botanical specimen where you live.
Delivery times
Most EU orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates. Courier delays, customs checks or public holidays can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. There are no extra charges after your order is placed.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging. No product names, images or descriptions appear on the outside of the parcel.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Late or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, get in touch with your order number. We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
